Australasian Tour commences September 13
Three of the world's greatest
guitarists- Pepe Romero, Paco Pena and Leo Kottke-
will combine their immense talents for an
Australian and New Zealand Concert Tour of Great
Guitars.
Presented by Clifford
Hocking and David Vigo, the three guitarists will
take audiences in 14 concert halls and arts centres
throughout Australasia on a "virtuoso voyage
through European and American guitar music."
Spanish classical guitarist
Pepe Romero will make his Australian debut with
Paco Pena, whose flamenco guitar playing has won
him the hearts of audiences around the world. Paco
Pena will be making his first Australian appearance
as a concert soloist since 1988.
They will be joined by
American six and twelve string guitar hero Leo
Kottke who is renowned for his aggressively
rhythmic playing, together with his humorous
story-telling prowess.
